Adriana graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Psychological Science and obtained an AA degree in Human Development. This combined educational journey set Adriana on a path to explore health and wellness from a holistic healing and alternative medicine perspective. Adriana is committed to understanding more about the mind/ body connection and providing an elevated level of patient care. In her spare time, Adriana stays active by working out, taking HIIT classes, weight lifting, running, and going on hikes. On the weekends, she takes time for self-encouragement and improvement by journaling, practicing yoga, or meditating at the beach. She challenges herself to make small to help improve her health mentally, physically, and spiritually every day.
