Dr. Vince DiSaia has been involved in the health and fitness world for almost 20 years. His goal is to provide all patients with the best service possible to ensure that everyone achieves their individual goals quickly and effectively.
Dr. Vince first began this journey after completing his undergraduate degree with honors recognition. He then became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and shortly thereafter attended Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Since then, Dr. Vince has continuously been involved with post-grad studies in the areas of kinesiology, sports medicine, functional endocrinology, functional nutrition, and functional medicine to help his patients perform their best at all levels.
Dr. Vince has been specializing in the treatment of athletes for many years and is a leader in his field. His expertise in sport-related performance and recovery has led athletes of many different backgrounds to seek his council. Dr. Vince’s training in movement analysis and functional patterns allows him to provide each patient not only with a specific, detailed diagnosis but also an explanation of the primary cause. This facilitates the quickest path to recovery and the ability of many athletes to continue training and competing during treatment programs.
Dr. Vince’s passion for helping people obtain complete health and wellness has led to his post-grad study in the field of functional medicine. He not only uses this knowledge to help athletes optimize their performance, but Dr. Vince is also passionate about using his functional medicine expertise to help people truly regain their health. By using advanced biomedical lab testing and cutting-edge nutrition and lifestyle strategies, he is able to help people uncover the root cause of disease, understand exactly how to overcome it, and guide them through the process towards restored health.
Dr. Vince enjoys sharing his knowledge with his colleagues and has previously lectured for doctors, therapists, and strength coaches on topics including low back pain, running injuries, golf swing biomechanics, and golf fitness. His speaking engagements more recently have been focused on educating the general public on what ‘health’ really means and how to truly take charge of your own healthcare. He has also authored a highly successful book named Golf Anatomy. It has sold over 50,000 copies worldwide, is available in over 13 languages, and has been featured in Golf Digest.
