Nico Pedroza graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Kinesiology along with a minor in Sports Performance from the California State University of Chico. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Kinesiology with an option in Exercise Science. He plans on going on to get a doctorate in chiropractic care. He has experience as a strength and conditioning coach, ranging from the general population to professional athletes mainly NFL and MLB. Being a part of a team of strength coaches that trained prospective NFL players to get ready for the 2020 NFL draft. He has a diverse background in sports performance and is constantly researching new strategies to enhance athletic performance. He believes that exercise is extremely important for longevity, but also understands the importance of recovery and how it affects overall performance.
